Hi,

I'm trying to get a Tungsten T3 Palm with Palm Desktop 4.1.2 - which syncs fine using hotsync manager 4.0 to work with EasySync Pro V4.21 over a usb cradle/cable connection.

Whenever I try to synchronize with EasySync software I get the error "Press Hotsync button in the device and press Ok" then I eventually get the error "Unable to connect to device". Would anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks a lot.
